Explorers & Dates

Because several events relating to the age of exploration are unable to be identified as occcurring on a specific date, some events may not be featured on the date they actually occurred. If an event is considered to have occurred in a specific month, the event is featured in the corresponding month. If, howevere, no day or month is known, the event has been featured on a non-specific day, with the year the event occurred included. The Learning Calendar has made every effort possible to include accurate information based on available data.
